Canada: I don’t know of any other physical stores to buy it unless you are an industry professional, sorry D: If you are comfortable with ordering online, Nail Polish Canada ships free over $50 in Canada and I’ve heard their shipping is pretty quick.
US: Ulta and a number of online retailers carry the Hunger Games collection.
