Ahhh I haven’t done a Wishlist Wednesday in so long. This is mostly because what started as a fun way to share products I was seriously lusting after became a chore of having to look for stuff to post on Wishlist Wednesday. So instead of doing WW weekly, I’m just going to post it whenever I find something super awesome.
Case in point: wrap watches! I spotted this wrap watch from La Mer on Urban Outfitters and promptly pinned it to my style board on Pinterest. It got 78 repins (unheard of for me), so I guess this means I’m not the only one loving it! There’s just something pretty and chic about the extra long strap and studs. La Mer has quite a few wrap watch styles but this design is probably my favourite, with the silver studded Bali coming in close second (I have mixed feelings about brown+silver in general).

Simple but totally hot :3 This dress also comes in black and blue, but this shade is my favourite.
PS I am still searching for the perfect Springy/Summery dress but considering the current weather conditions (10-20mm of rain, high of 15°C), I got time.

I fell for the T-strap style and weaving detail of these Rocket Dog heels right away when I saw them at Gia on Robson. So perfect for Spring—I’m trying to wait to see which will happen first: these shoes go on sale or the rain stops, but I’m definitely getting them. I’ve already paired these in my head with a short, bouncy skirt :>

Totally different from the last dress but I would rock them both. Seeing the print up close is a must.

I actually went and ordered the ankle boots from my Wishlist Wednesday post! Quick snap from last week while I was trying it on in-store. I think they’re cute, but since I’m not used to wearing heels anymore I’m paranoid that I will bail at any minute while walking haha. I am 5’7” naturally so anything higher than kitten heels makes me feel like a giraffe nowadays. They’re also cute with the shearling cuff part rolled up and hidden, which makes it look less fall/winter. Andy says they’re just “okay”, what do you think?

I’ve really been in an ankle boot phase. Currently I am pretty much living in a pair of very practical/functional waterproof boots, but I’m very much wishing for something a little bit cuter.
I’ve been liking the shearling lining look for a while now, such as Allday from Aldo (see left). Shearling isn’t exactly the most appropriate look for the fast-approaching spring season, but at least the lighter taupe shade of the boot makes it a bit easier to get away with. Plus with the insane weather we are having in Vancouver right now (wind, rain, a bit of snow), I’ll probably need to keep my toes toasty for a while yet.

I’m really in a cardigan mood right now. I was looking forward to finding a few more cardigan sweaters during my US shopping trip to see me into late spring but came away empty-handed—obviously it’s time for some online shopping. Here are a couple lovely finds (click the picture to go to the product page):

Knit Stripe Cardigan from Forever21 ($21.80 CAD)

Jack BB Dakota Rosie Sweater from Karmaloop ($42 USD)

RVCA Wren II Sweater ($51.95 USD)

I’ve always had a secret OL (office lady) side that loves the look of blouses and pencil skirts. But I never actually wore pencil skirts til I started working in an office. Now I’m even more in love with them <3 I love classic styles and fabrics with interesting details.
Cue this Sparkle & Fade Menswear Paperbag Skirt on Urban Outfitters. I dig the pleated “paperbag” waist and the menswear fabric (which is especially mesmerizing if you zoom in on the skirt). Urban Outfitters has a couple items with this paperbag-style waist—including trousers—but this one is my favourite.
